In the 8th minute Robinho Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, S.E.LAFUENTE's Dino Moreira got control of the ball when Giovanni Prata tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dino Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Alan Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Serginho Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fênix FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. André Bueno hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Angelo Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giovanni Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Moreira having to interfere. Dino Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Fênix FC's Giovanni Prata made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 36 played minutes S.E.LAFUENTE got a freekick which was hit by Décio Furtado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Figueiredo in the 39th minute of play forced S.E.LAFUENTE's goalkeeper Dino Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fênix FC's Cristiano de Amorim shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 41st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dino Moreira but with some difficulty. Nildo Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Giovanni Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fênix FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovanni Prata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Tande in the 47th minute of play forced Fênix FC's goalkeeper Serginho Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd match minute, S.E.LAFUENTE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robinho Souto to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, S.E.LAFUENTE's Serginho Porto threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alan Leão, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 67th minute, Gil Figueiredo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S.E.LAFUENTE's Dino Moreira didn't even have to move. Angelo Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Prata in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Moreira saved S.E.LAFUENTE from getting behind. Alan Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fênix FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alan Leão 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. When Angelo Figueiredo came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Fênix FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Figueiredo couldn't finish the play. S.E.LAFUENTE's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
