In the 11th match minute, Galera HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Pontes to maneuver through the defense. ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽'s Franklin Valladares got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 13 minutes, Arild Stavrum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Arild Stavrum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arild Stavrum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 19 played minutes, Galera HC's Adelino Arantes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christiano Salles came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galera HC reached it. After having played for 24 minutes, Franklin Valladares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Franklin Valladares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Lira made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Franklin Valladares sent off a good shot on target. Simão Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Salles having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Pombal in the 32nd minute of play forced ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽'s goalkeeper Christiano Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galera HC's goalkeeper José Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Franklin Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Lira having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Arild Stavrum made a precise shot to the right of José Lira. Galera HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Gerber made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Simão Gerber came free, but Christiano Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽ were furious when Adalberto Vale was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, Christiano Salles, was totally fooled by Galera HC's Lino Pontes, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Diogo Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arild Stavrum in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Lira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 76 played minutes Galera HC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Sena. Arild Stavrum struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. José Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⚽★ F O X E S™ ★⚽. Simão Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arild Stavrum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. José Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Salles came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galera HC's Simão Gerber. But to his dismay, Simão Gerber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
