Spectators: 5624 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 24) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valdomiro Salgado kicked off to start the match. If Fiori Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdomiro Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 minutes, Luizinho Britto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ricerspool United and the ROSÁRIO F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ricerspool United's Luizinho Britto got a free kick in the 13th minute. Márcio Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiori Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felippe Arósio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Márcio Cardozo. ROSÁRIO F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Serginho Reis fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ROSÁRIO F.C's protests and gave Serginho Reis a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes ROSÁRIO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Reis. The audience was convinced that Fiori Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio Cardozo was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Luiz Eduardo Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Márcio Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, ROSÁRIO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Lucas to maneuver through the defense. Luís Fábio de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Diego Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSÁRIO F.C. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fiori Torres made a kick off. 60 minutes into the game, Luan de Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ricerspool United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ROSÁRIO F.C the free kick. Márcio Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fiori Torres in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Ricerspool United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felippe Arósio to maneuver through the defense. Diego Paulista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Germano de Lara went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 78 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ricerspool United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Eduardo Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Márcio Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fiori Torres in the 82nd minute of the match. Fiori Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Márcio Cardozo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Luiz Eduardo Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Cardozo having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Ricerspool United's Luiz Eduardo Romero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Márcio Cardozo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 played minutes ROSÁRIO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fábio de Toledo. In the 92nd minute, Fiori Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes in the game, Fiori Torres fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Márcio Cardozo having to interfere. ROSÁRIO F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
