Aloísio Mendes scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murillo Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, The Chandrian's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Nunes came free, but Murillo Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurício Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Murillo Galvão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rony Nunes in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Chandrian's goalkeeper Murillo Galvão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
