Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Enseada's Vivaldo Esteves started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enseada's Abel Sergipano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Enseada from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute, Edu Palmeira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abel Sergipano. The goal made the score 1-0. Márcio de Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Cosme having to interfere. In the 13th minute Vivaldo Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Márcio de Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enseada's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio de Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Cosme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Vivaldo Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Enseada's Abel Sergipano got control of the ball when Giovanni Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Márcio de Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Enseada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Enseada's Abel Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Palmeira in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Armandinho Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 42nd minute, Márcio de Alcântara made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Cosme. Estacado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edu Palmeira was the one to do the kick off. Armandinho Cavalcante scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Sergipano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Armandinho Cavalcante came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Estacado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armandinho Cavalcante couldn't finish the play. Armandinho Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62ndth minute of the game Edu Palmeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Enseada's Abel Sergipano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Nelson de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Estacado's goal looked a bit too open when Vivaldo Esteves came free, but Álvaro Cosme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Márcio de Alcântara got free with Álvaro Cosme in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Enseada defense, Edu Palmeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Sergipano. The Enseada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Sergipano should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Enseada's zone, Edu Palmeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Sergipano came out of the goal and Edu Palmeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giovanni Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Estacado's goalkeeper Álvaro Cosme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Márcio de Alcântara. Armandinho Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Sergipano having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Enseada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Faria to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Estacado fully deserved thier win.
