José Carlos Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Dante having to interfere. After 13 minutes of play, FootParty's José Carlos Sena made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! 21 minutes into the match, José Carlos Sena notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Philipps FC's Nelson Dante. Nelson Dante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, José Carlos Sena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FootParty fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Nelson Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Sena in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Sena in the 30th minute of play forced Philipps FC's goalkeeper Nelson Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgílio dos Santos during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, one of Philipps FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Philipps FC. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for FootParty. Edson Marquez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nelson Dante. 0-4. The supporters of Philipps FC booed when FootParty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Erik Correia sped through Philipps FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nelson Dante. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Carlinhos Vinhas made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, FootParty's Ian Porto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nelson Dante came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FootParty reached it. Nelson Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Correia in the 58th minute of play. If João Augusto Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes in the game, Erik Correia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nelson Dante having to interfere. Nelson Dante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Correia's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, FootParty's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Vinhas came free, but Percival Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Philipps FC's goalkeeper Nelson Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Carlos Sena. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Correia in the 81st minute of play forced Philipps FC's goalkeeper Nelson Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. FootParty's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
