The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adilson Mendonça was the one to do the kick off. Planalto FC's Blas Luar got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adilson Mendonça did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Nelson Dante 62 minutes into the match. Gonçalo Guerra's late challenge caught a Planalto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philipps FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adilson Mendonça 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5.
