Bora Bahêa Minha P's Cacá Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Leão in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Pedro Augusto Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cacá Magalhães was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Tiaguinho Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cacá Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, GUARDIÃO F.C.'s Eliseu Lima got a free kick in the 35th minute. Amauri de Mendonça's late challenge caught a Bora Bahêa Minha P's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amauri de Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, GUARDIÃO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amauri de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Aílton Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé da Costa having to interfere. Aílton Tavares spun around in front of the goal 44 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of GUARDIÃO F.C.'s goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Augusto Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. When Tiaguinho Leão came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the GUARDIÃO F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiaguinho Leão couldn't finish the play. If Tiaguinho Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cacá Magalhães had great luck who in the 56thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pedro Augusto Valle from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Mathias Oliveira fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bora Bahêa Minha P's protests and gave Mathias Oliveira a yellow card for diving instead. Cássio do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dedé da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Bora Bahêa Minha P getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Elias Novaes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bora Bahêa Minha P's zone, Pedro Augusto Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cacá Magalhães came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, Giovani Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Augusto Valle in the 75th minute of play forced Bora Bahêa Minha P's goalkeeper Cacá Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cacá Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiaguinho Leão in the 78th minute. Tiaguinho Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 84 played minutes GUARDIÃO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Oswaldo Motta. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Cássio do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bora Bahêa Minha P's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio do Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedé da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 88 minutes, Oswaldo Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GUARDIÃO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bora Bahêa Minha P's zone, Pedro Augusto Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cacá Magalhães came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Bora Bahêa Minha P's Elias Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dedé da Costa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bora Bahêa Minha P fans cheered their team off the field, for while GUARDIÃO F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
