In the 16thth minute of the game Richard Coelho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Labrea FC's Fellipe Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute Luiz Gustavo Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tunui's Richard Coelho got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Labrea FC's Célio Silva got a free kick in the 27th minute. Richard Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Labrea FC's zone, Richard Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fellipe Porto came out of the goal and Richard Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Labrea FC's goalkeeper Fellipe Porto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Coelho to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Barreto got free with Horácio Peres in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Doni Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77thth minute of the game Adriano Tande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Labrea FC's Fellipe Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
