An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Dante in the 15th minute of play forced Irundi's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrianinho Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 23 minutes, Edgar Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EONBONGO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Dante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronaldinho Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Dante in the 26th minute of the match. Ernani Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ronaldinho Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Edgar Dante reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ronaldinho Zanette. The goal made the score 2-0. Edgar Dante struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ronaldinho Zanette didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EONBONGO FC. After 37 played minutes Irundi got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Pontes. After a rather tough play, Irundi's Erik de Azevedo got a free kick in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Irundi's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Dante came free, but Ronaldinho Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irundi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ronaldo Trevisan 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Carioca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafa Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ronaldinho Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in EONBONGO FC's zone, Adrianinho Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Hermes came out of the goal and Adrianinho Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrianinho Seco got free with Ricardo Hermes in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronaldinho Zanette came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by EONBONGO FC's Tales Mendes. But to his dismay, Tales Mendes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Edgar Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ronaldinho Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. EONBONGO FC's Tales Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Irundi's David Carioca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute Edgar Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Dante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldinho Zanette read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Edgar Dante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ronaldinho Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Edgar Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes Irundi got a freekick which was hit by Erik de Azevedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Carioca in the 96th minute of play forced EONBONGO FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Irundi's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Ferraz came free, but Ronaldinho Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. EONBONGO FC fully deserved thier win.
