In the 27th minute, Donato Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delfim Salgado in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu Monteiro saved Tupynambás from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Delfim Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Eliseu Monteiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júlio Gerber in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. When Enéas Trancoso came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the M VALOS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Trancoso couldn't finish the play. Júlio Gerber struck a weak shot in the 84th minute.
