The corner led Viela F.C's Ediberto Quadros to fire away a dangerous shot which Karol Niedziela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeu de Castro in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karol Niedziela saved Mundubim FC from getting behind. A collision led to Mundubim FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Narciso Paranaense hit a great ball. Ronaldinho Leal hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mazinho Campidelis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karol Niedziela. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. When Amadeu de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Viela F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu de Castro couldn't finish the play. Karol Niedziela made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Flavio Cordaryal sent off a good shot on target. Karol Niedziela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeu de Castro in the 42nd minute of the match. If Amadeu de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viela F.C made a substitution. Amadeu de Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Mundubim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu de Castro came free, but Karol Niedziela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mundubim FC's Karol Niedziela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu de Castro in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Mazinho Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viela F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazinho Campidelis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
