Oscar Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. 6 minutes into the match, Pinheiros F.C.'s Afonsinho França broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Immortals getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Tales de Brito hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, Tales de Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Immortals's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinheiros F.C. the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Immortals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales de Brito to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th match minute, Pinheiros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. When Fábio Penha came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Pinheiros F.C. fans jumped to their feet. Amadeu Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Penha in the 31st minute of play. Cesinha Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Messias in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fábio Penha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeu Brodel was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the game, Daniel Bueno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Renato Freire might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeu Brodel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renato Freire ran back to his position shaking his head. After 79 minutes, Júlio Couto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Immortals and the Pinheiros F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Júlio Couto hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Renato Freire struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Amadeu Brodel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinheiros F.C.. After a defensive mix-up in Pinheiros F.C.'s zone, Chiquinho Messias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesinha Pontes came out of the goal and Chiquinho Messias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pinheiros F.C.'s Renato Freire got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fábio Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
