To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oséas Domingues hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Santana during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abelardo Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luisão Ramalho took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitório Hermes. Vitório Hermes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ekos Fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
