The supporters of Geração Futebol 2000 booed when Polungu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Váldson Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Sampaio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Geração Futebol 2000's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Meirelles came free, but Enéas Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
