Evandro da Costa struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Enéas Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca do Mato FR. After 17 minutes of play, Boca do Mato FR's Evandro da Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enéas Perez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 32 played minutes, Boca do Mato FR's Yuri Vale shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enéas Perez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Boca do Mato FR reached it. Geração Futebol 2000's Enéas Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro da Costa in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evandro da Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro da Costa in the 52nd minute of play forced Geração Futebol 2000's goalkeeper Enéas Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca do Mato FR's goalkeeper Augusto de Medeiros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Mazinho Alves notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Boca do Mato FR's Augusto de Medeiros.
