Frederico Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederico Salgado made a kick off. Frederico Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Souto having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Zaion F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matheus Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bananeiras FC booed when Zaion F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bananeiras FC's Eusébio Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Souto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frederico Salgado went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Arí Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Bananeiras FC's Frederico Salgado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafael Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 81 minutes, Matheus Gaspar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zaion F.C. and the Bananeiras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Eusébio Sabóia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bananeiras FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Frederico Salgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Souto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frederico Salgado ran back to his position shaking his head. Zaion F.C.'s Rafael Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Salgado in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bananeiras FC had played much better football throughout.
