With a little luck, Faca na Caveira FC's Alberto Vidal got control of the ball when Régis Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Caetano Eger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michel Varela was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Faca na Caveira FC's Alberto Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Silva in the 32nd minute of play. Régis Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juarês Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Vidal having to interfere. Breno de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Varela having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Faca na Caveira FC's Caetano Eger ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michel Varela. Michel Varela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Caetano Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faca na Caveira FC's Breno de Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 played minutes Independente got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fernando Zanette. 94 minutes into the match, Caetano Eger dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michel Varela, 1-3.
