João Carlos Tróia came out of the goal and Ediberto Quadros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavalaria FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilson Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Luís Gustavo Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Carlos Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Benedito Domingues dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luís Gustavo Dracena, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Madureira during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristian Madureira hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. João Paulo das Neves's shot from long distance in the 31st minute was not bad at all, but Ultra Copos BR's Luís Gustavo Dracena knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Gilson Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Luís Gustavo Dracena made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ultra Copos BR's zone, Benedito Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Gustavo Dracena came out of the goal and Benedito Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Cavalaria FC's Benedito Domingues dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ediberto Quadros spun around in front of the goal 47 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cavalaria FC's goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 67th minute, Benedito Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Gustavo Dracena was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gilson Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Gustavo Dracena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Luís Gustavo Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Domingues in the 73rd minute of the match. When Gilson Barral came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cavalaria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilson Barral couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cavalaria FC's João Paulo das Neves got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Barral in the 83rd minute of play forced Ultra Copos BR's goalkeeper Luís Gustavo Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 83rd minute of the match Cristian Madureira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cristian Madureira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Ultra Copos BR's Cristian Madureira got a free kick in the 84th minute. Benedito Domingues scored 4-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Gustavo Dracena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benedito Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute.
