Conchas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Almir Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conchas's Almir Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Almir Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Saraiva, 1-0. João Pedro Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Saraiva having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Rejeitados FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Goiano came free, but Abel Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Goiano in the 32nd minute of play. Almir Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Saraiva having to interfere. Evandro Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, João Pedro Goiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Victor de Moraes made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Fábio Cearense successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 54 played minutes Conchas got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Goiano. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rejeitados FC's goalkeeper Abel Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Evandro Braga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Abel Saraiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the match, Almir Romero notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Rejeitados FC's Abel Saraiva. Abel Saraiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. João Pedro Goiano struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Abel Saraiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Conchas. Fábio Cearense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guga Matorin in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute, Almir Romero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Saraiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The supporters of Conchas booed when Rejeitados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fellipe Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Goiano in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Guga Matorin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Cearense. Conchas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guga Matorin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. João Pedro Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Abel Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Almir Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conchas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
