In the 20th minute, Diamantino Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute PRATTI FC were awarded a corner. Luisinho Pereira went to the cornerflag to take it. Luís Gustavo Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldinho Nascimento in the 31st minute of the match. When Osvaldinho Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Real Bela Vista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldinho Nascimento couldn't finish the play. PRATTI FC's Luís Gustavo Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Mesquita in the 42nd minute of play. Osvaldinho Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldinho Nascimento to make the kick off. PRATTI FC's Teodoro Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Real Bela Vista got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Paes. Thiago Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Pereira in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Virgílio Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Bela Vista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgílio Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Damião having to interfere. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind PRATTI FC's goalkeeper Luís Gustavo Damião, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to PRATTI FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Sérgio Baptista hit a great ball. If Teodoro Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 played minutes PRATTI FC got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Baptista. Osvaldinho Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Damião having to interfere. In the 89th minute of the match, Virgílio Paes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luís Gustavo Damião was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Virgílio Paes might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Gustavo Damião. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Paes ran back to his position shaking his head. Virgílio Paes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Luís Gustavo Damião skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The PRATTI FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Bela Vista were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
