The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Pequizeiro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER:s goal. Percival Neiva came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Pequizeiro's Erik Krovina. But to his dismay, Erik Krovina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Erik Krovina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Alex Perez fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's protests and gave Alex Perez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pequizeiro booed when Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Carlos de Godoi, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Marcus Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mazinho Guedes struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Percival Neiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pequizeiro. Adhemar Batista hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39thth minute of the game Erik Krovina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's Percival Neiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Valdir Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerônimo Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Ramos went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Krovina made a kick off. Valdir Bezerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Percival Neiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdir Bezerra ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Percival Neiva managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Pequizeiro's Erik Krovina fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 60 minutes, Mazinho Guedes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pequizeiro and the Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Pequizeiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Guedes to maneuver through the defense. Erik Krovina in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Percival Neiva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 65 minutes, José Carlos de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pequizeiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Carlos de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Pequizeiro fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Pequizeiro's Erik Krovina looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benjamim Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's Percival Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Romero in the 76th minute of play forced Pequizeiro's goalkeeper Jerônimo Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerônimo Penha came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's Tiago Gabriel Leite. But to his dismay, Tiago Gabriel Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's goalkeeper Percival Neiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benjamim Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Percival Neiva made a huge save. Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's Percival Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Erik Krovina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pequizeiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5.
