A collision led to Red Nozes Football Club getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Davi Mineiro hit a great ball. After 8 minutes Red Nozes Football Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jarbas Simões who took care of the corner kick. Predadores da Bola's Jarbas Simões was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorginho Loureiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Andrade in the 11th minute of play forced Red Nozes Football Club's goalkeeper Jorginho Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Saraiva having to interfere. Victor Andrade hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Beto Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Predadores da Bola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorginho Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcelo Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zézinho Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Ramalhos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Zézinho Saraiva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adriano Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Zézinho Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Beto Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorginho Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarbas Simões, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Quirino to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Red Nozes Football Club's zone, Alberto Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Loureiro came out of the goal and Alberto Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorginho Loureiro stood somewhat misplaced when Alberto Quirino came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 54 minute. Alberto Quirino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorginho Loureiro having to make a save. In the 62nd play minute Beto Neto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jorginho Loureiro. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Red Nozes Football Club's zone, Alberto Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Loureiro came out of the goal and Alberto Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Red Nozes Football Club's Marcelo Ramalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zézinho Saraiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Adriano Tavares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zézinho Saraiva. Predadores da Bola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Tavares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Marcelo Ramalho hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Marcelo Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Saraiva having to interfere. Zézinho Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Tavares in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Victor Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Predadores da Bola were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Red Nozes Football Club's much stronger midfield.
