When Ulisses Madureira came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the S.E. Indaial FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses Madureira couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, S.E. Indaial FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rafinha Matorin came free, but Joélson Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vazamor SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulisses Madureira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The audience was convinced that Luca Toni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Telmo Viana was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Indaial FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
