Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luizinho Gaspar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Holiod FC's Eusébio de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Gaspar in the 4th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Holiod FC got a freekick which was hit by Jean Garcia. In the 9th minute, Luizinho Gaspar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Jean Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Guarani de Osasco's zone, Inácio Tróia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Marinho came out of the goal and Inácio Tróia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Inácio Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holiod FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Tróia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaldo Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eusébio de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizinho Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Guarani de Osasco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cauã Martins in the 25th minute. Luizinho Gaspar took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusébio de Godoi. Eusébio de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Holiod FC's zone, Luizinho Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio de Godoi came out of the goal and Luizinho Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Guarani de Osasco's Sílvio Luís Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sílvio Luís Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Eusébio de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inácio Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Marinho having to interfere. When Marco Mattos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Holiod FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Mattos couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Inácio Tróia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Reinaldo Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inácio Tróia struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Reinaldo Marinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holiod FC. In the 60thth minute of the game Marco Mattos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guarani de Osasco's Reinaldo Marinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Mattos in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reinaldo Marinho saved Guarani de Osasco from getting behind. Reinaldo Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Tróia in the 63rd minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Guarani de Osasco! After having played for 73 minutes, Inácio Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holiod FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Holiod FC booed when Guarani de Osasco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guarani de Osasco's zone, Marco Mattos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Marinho came out of the goal and Marco Mattos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Holiod FC's Inácio Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
