Spectators: 6160 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1150, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vitinho Machado started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Karamelo FC booed when Norusqa Lokomotiv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paulinho Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Abel Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karamelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Umberto Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karamelo FC's Paulinho Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Norusqa Lokomotiv's goalkeeper Umberto Gaspar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Umberto Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Arósio, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Paulinho Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karamelo FC's attentive Serginho Neiva managed to snatch the ball when Dedé Gaspar made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Serginho Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abel Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Umberto Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abel Oliveira fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karamelo FC's protests and gave Abel Oliveira a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Oliveira hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karamelo FC! The referee gave Norusqa Lokomotiv a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clóvis Baiano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karamelo FC's Gildo Motta. 1-0. Karamelo FC's Gildo Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Karamelo FC from getting a goal against them. Baltazar Gerber missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 46 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Umberto Gaspar right hand side. After 47 minutes, João Vítor de Souza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norusqa Lokomotiv and the Karamelo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Norusqa Lokomotiv's João Vítor de Souza got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulinho Arósio made a kick off. With a little luck, Norusqa Lokomotiv's Umberto Gaspar got control of the ball when Baltazar Gerber tried to sneak it across the goal line. Umberto Gaspar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abel Oliveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 56 minute of play. Baltazar Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Umberto Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Baltazar Gerber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Umberto Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Abel Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Gaspar. Norusqa Lokomotiv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Paulinho Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umberto Gaspar was a little too slow when Paulinho Arósio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-3. Dedé Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Andréas Kvarnström didn't quite understand what happened when in the 80 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. If Serginho Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Norusqa Lokomotiv getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. João Vítor de Souza hit a great ball. Norusqa Lokomotiv's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Paulinho Arósio 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Umberto Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Arósio in the 90th minute of play. Maurício Domingues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Umberto Gaspar made a huge save. Abel Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulinho Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karamelo FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
