Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulo José Guerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Jerumirim booed when Mapirunga SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 minutes, Murillo Paraense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jerumirim and the Mapirunga SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Jerumirim got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Paraense. João Carlos Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael Alcântara in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of João Carlos Terra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rubinho Pirani received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. João Carlos Terra came out and tried to block the shot, but Rubinho Pirani slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Rubinho Pirani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jerumirim's João Carlos Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Carlos Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Mapirunga SC's Rubinho Pirani managed to work through Jerumirim's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rubinho Pirani dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. João Carlos Terra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rubinho Pirani's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Jerumirim's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho Pirani came free, but João Carlos Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Rubinho Pirani made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Rubinho Pirani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mapirunga SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubinho Pirani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jerumirim's João Carlos Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Alcântara in the 53rd minute of play. After 58 played minutes Mapirunga SC got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Viana. João Carlos Terra came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mapirunga SC's Raphael Alcântara. But to his dismay, Raphael Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 66 minutes into the match, Jerumirim's goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Alcântara came free, but João Carlos Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrianinho de Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. João Carlos Terra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mapirunga SC. Jerumirim's João Carlos Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Pirani in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Mapirunga SC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Adrianinho de Queiroz hit a great ball. João Carlos Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute Raphael Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Raphael Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mapirunga SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Carlos Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Jerumirim's Murillo Arce got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Jerumirim's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
