If Ian da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gino Secco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Matheus Meireles made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Ian da Silveira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matheus Meireles, 1-1. Matheus Meireles made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Gino Secco sent off a good shot on target. Breno Peres spun around in front of the goal 28 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Pontes Academy FC's goal. After a rather tough play, Santos Dumont FC's Luiz Guilherme Alves got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Durvalino Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Ruy Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durvalino Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pontes Academy FC's Durvalino Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy Carneiro in the 42nd minute of play. Durvalino Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Breno Peres took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Durvalino Paranaense. Durvalino Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

Gino Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Meireles having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Pontes Academy FC's goalkeeper Durvalino Paranaense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinei Berger. Ian da Silveira struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Matheus Meireles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pontes Academy FC. In the 71st minute, Anselmo Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Claudinei Berger notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Pontes Academy FC's Durvalino Paranaense. Durvalino Paranaense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matheus Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Santos Dumont FC defense, Gino Secco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Meireles. The Santos Dumont FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Meireles should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Santos Dumont FC's zone, Ian da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Meireles came out of the goal and Ian da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldinho Prata hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Gino Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Meireles having to interfere.
