After 32 minutes, Anselmo Sabóia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pontes Academy FC and the Sport Noia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Pontes Academy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sport Noia FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. César Donatello hit a great ball. Eurico Botelho struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jânio Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pontes Academy FC. 46 minutes into the match, Sport Noia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ian da Silveira came free, but Jânio Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Ian da Silveira made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Gino Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pontes Academy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gino Secco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ian da Silveira succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. In the 63rdth minute of the game Gino Secco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sport Noia FC's Jânio Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaldo Sergipano got free with Durvalino Paranaense in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jarbas Abreu's shot from long distance in the 67th minute was not bad at all, but Pontes Academy FC's Durvalino Paranaense knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Gino Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Magalhães having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Pontes Academy FC's goalkeeper Durvalino Paranaense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaldo Sergipano. After 75 played minutes Sport Noia FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel da Silva. After 91 played minutes Sport Noia FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel da Silva. 94 minutes into the match, Anselmo Sabóia notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Sport Noia FC's Jânio Magalhães. Jânio Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pontes Academy FC fully deserved thier win.
