After having played for 9 minutes, Gil Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. The Trashmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charles Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. César Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. César Freire was a little too slow when Gil Hermes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 34th minute, Geraldo de Lara made a precise shot to the right of Anísio Magalhães. S.C. The Trashmen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. César Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael Sanches came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and César Freire could save by the left post. With a little luck, Pirajui FC's César Freire got control of the ball when Ismael Sanches tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Gil Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. César Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Charles Valadares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anísio Magalhães, passed just outside the right post. Dedé de Mendonça lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pirajui FC! The referee gave S.C. The Trashmen a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pirajui FC's goalkeeper César Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the game, S.C. The Trashmen's Sydney de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. César Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. César Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Hermes in the 77th minute of the match. Geraldo de Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anísio Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geraldo de Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Pirajui FC's zone, Gil Hermes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Freire came out of the goal and Gil Hermes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ismael Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Freire having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Ismael Sanches left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C. The Trashmen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Ismael Sanches struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. César Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. The Trashmen. S.C. The Trashmen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
