Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Ruy de Azevedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 played minutes xXx Ò.Ó xXx got a freekick which was hit by Joel de Almeida. Joaquim Porto came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Fonseca Football Club's Ruy de Azevedo. But to his dismay, Ruy de Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ruy de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Porto having to interfere. If Ruy de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruy de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Porto having to interfere. Ruy de Azevedo scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquim Porto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ruy de Azevedo got free in front of the goal in the 31st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Joaquim Porto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Joaquim Porto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruy de Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Joaquim Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy de Azevedo in the 35th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ruy de Azevedo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquim Porto. Virgílio Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Zé Pedro Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. xXx Ò.Ó xXx's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Pedro Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Mesquita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Virgílio Monteiro made a kick off. Virgílio Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Virgílio Monteiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Mesquita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Monteiro ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, xXx Ò.Ó xXx's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy de Azevedo came free, but Joaquim Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Reginaldo Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fonseca Football Club's José Vítor Prata couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for xXx Ò.Ó xXx. José Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ruy de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Joaquim Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Ruy de Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raphael Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Porto having to interfere. Raphael Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Joaquim Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquim Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy de Azevedo in the 82nd minute of play. Fonseca Football Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
