Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Mandrak started the match with the kick off. The supporters of SER ITATIAIA booed when Barcelona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabiën van Steensel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raí Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Marco Mandrak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dário Carvalho having to make a save. After some careless play in the SER ITATIAIA defense, Manuel de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiën van Steensel. The SER ITATIAIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiën van Steensel should have stopped the shot. If Manuel de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barcelona FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Marco Mandrak scored to the left of an out of position Dário Carvalho, making the score, 1-1. Marco Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Barcelona FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marco Mandrak fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 35th minute, Basílio Penha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dário Carvalho, passed just outside the right post. If Marco Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raí Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabiën van Steensel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Dário Carvalho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marco Mandrak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Basílio Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Carvalho having to interfere. Leonel Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Marco Mandrak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dário Carvalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona FC's zone, Marco Mandrak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Carvalho came out of the goal and Marco Mandrak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Barcelona FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. João Adolfo Nóbrega hit a great ball. Marco Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marco Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dário Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Mandrak in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Marco Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dário Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 87th minute, Marco Mandrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SER ITATIAIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 95th minute of the match, Raí Amaral got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabiën van Steensel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SER ITATIAIA fully deserved thier win.
