The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dieguinho Alagoano was the one to do the kick off. The referee gave Barcelona FC a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. Emanuel Fantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 91st match minute, Barra Mansa Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Furlan to maneuver through the defense. After 98 played minutes Barra Mansa Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Alagoano. Barcelona FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
