Franklin Pontes hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Dalmo Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquim Santana made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Orlando Lopez sent off a good shot on target. Clemente Lima hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Orlando Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Joaquim Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KOBRA FC's Celsinho Campidelis got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Orlando Lopez notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of KOBRA FC's Joaquim Santana. Joaquim Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. KOBRA FC's Joaquim Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save KOBRA FC from getting a goal against them. Orlando Lopez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 26th playminute. Joaquim Santana made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Orlando Lopez sent off a good shot on target. Manoel Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sadettin Tayman having to interfere. Edu Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Sadettin Tayman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOBRA FC. If Manoel Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 37 minutes, Orlando Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cara de Pau FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Lopez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Lopez in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquim Santana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Edu Munhoz came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the KOBRA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edu Munhoz couldn't finish the play. Cara de Pau FC's Orlando Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cara de Pau FC's Sadettin Tayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel Cerezo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Dalmo Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cara de Pau FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of KOBRA FC booed when Cara de Pau FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benê Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes, KOBRA FC's Benedito Corrêa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sadettin Tayman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KOBRA FC reached it. If Orlando Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmo Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Dalmo Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquim Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sadettin Tayman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edu Munhoz in the 78th minute. Manoel Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Manoel Cerezo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sadettin Tayman made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Edu Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Franklin Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Filipe Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Cara de Pau FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Furlan couldn't finish the play. Benedito Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edu Munhoz got free with Sadettin Tayman in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cara de Pau FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KOBRA FC for a fine match.
