An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Freitas in the 12th minute of play forced Quixoa AD's goalkeeper Raí de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Zé Roberto Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 10 de Setembro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Raí de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel dos Santos in the 17th minute of play. Joélson Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Passos in the 25th minute of the match. Raí de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Quixoa AD's Raí de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Freitas in the 28th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Quixoa AD got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Cabral. Raí de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raí de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Roberto Vergílio in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Geovânio Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raí de Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raí de Lara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The wind increased when Reynaldo Passos made the kick off in the second half. Tiago Gabriel dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Raí de Lara made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Gabriel dos Santos during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Tiago Gabriel dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Quixoa AD's Raí de Lara got control of the ball when Tiago Gabriel dos Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line.
