Simão Souzas short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Joélson Falcão to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Joélson Falcão successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Magno Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joélson Pires in the 29th minute of play. Joélson Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from Simão Souza in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Joélson Falcão had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Simão Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Potiguara SS's Joélson Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Potiguara SS from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Váldson Trigo took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Magno Travassos to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Whoff S.C's Magno Travassos got control of the ball when Murilo Bertassi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafa de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Simão Souza took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joélson Falcão. After a rather tough play, Whoff S.C's João Augusto Mendes got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 87th minute, Daniel Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Whoff S.C's Simão Souza in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Potiguara SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Whoff S.C the free kick. Váldson Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Whoff S.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
