Caetano Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Carioca having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Tijucucu's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Paraibano came free, but Téo Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Balisa FC's Alex do Valle got a free kick in the 13th minute. A hard shot by Norberto Paraíba from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Adriano de Brito's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 17 minutes into the game, Tião Custódio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tijucucu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balisa FC the free kick. Tião Custódio kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Maicon Braga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Téo Carioca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Tijucucu's zone, Caetano Paraibano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Carioca came out of the goal and Caetano Paraibano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Tião Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caetano Paraibano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Braga in the 28th minute of play forced Tijucucu's goalkeeper Téo Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tijucucu's Téo Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Paraibano in the 35th minute of play. Caetano Paraibano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Téo Carioca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Tijucucu's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Paraibano came free, but Téo Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Tijucucu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Dante to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Balisa FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Caetano Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Téo Carioca made a huge save.
