If Ronaldo de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Varela in the 21st minute of the match. FDS CLUB's Sydney Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo de Sousa in the 29th minute of play. Osvaldo Paranaense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexsandro Albuquerque came out and tried to block the shot, but Osvaldo Paranaense slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. Ronaldo de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Sydney Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for É osguri. Nicolas Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alexsandro Albuquerque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Osvaldo Varela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FDS CLUB's Sydney Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Gernando Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of FDS CLUB:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of É osguri:s goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo de Sousa made a kick off. With a little luck, FDS CLUB's Sydney Neves got control of the ball when Osvaldo Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronaldo de Sousa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Sydney Neves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Osvaldo Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sydney Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Breckenfeld took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexsandro Albuquerque. Alexsandro Albuquerque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Jonas Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sydney Neves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliézer Mendonça showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play. After 72 played minutes FDS CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Carioca. Osvaldo Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Neves having to interfere. After a rather tough play, É osguri's Ronaldo de Sousa got a free kick in the 77th minute. Sydney Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sydney Neves was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Alexsandro Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Costa in the 83rd minute of play. When Nicolas Breckenfeld came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FDS CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Breckenfeld couldn't finish the play. The FDS CLUB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching É osguri's performance. The match ended with a win for É osguri.
