Clóvis Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Hudson Saldanha in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of José Pedro Melo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ernesto Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Pedro Melo having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Pedro Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Kléberson de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodoro Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Hudson Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Franklin Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Durval Madureira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Clóvis Brasil showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Teodoro Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
