After 56 minutes, Fernandinho Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Team Piracanjuba and the True Hawks players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Madureira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Teodoro Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. True Hawks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Hudson Saldanha scored to the left of an out of position Aloísio Campidelis, making the score, 1-5. Teodoro Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Campidelis having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match Team Piracanjuba got a corner. True Hawks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aloísio Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The True Hawks fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Team Piracanjuba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
