Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Otávio Mazza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chico Neto. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 10th minute, Otávio Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chico Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 13th match minute, Caveirão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes Caveirão's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nando de Sena who took care of the corner kick. Nando de Sena made a great header on Angico FC's corner, it was just that Caveirão's Samuel Duarte managed to reach the ball for a save. 19 minutes into the match, Caveirão's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Teles came free, but Samuel Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otávio Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Chico Neto throw himself and got hold of the ball when Breno Moura in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Breno Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caveirão's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Breno Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chico Neto came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Caveirão's Otávio Mazza. But to his dismay, Otávio Mazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Moura in the 32nd minute of play forced Angico FC's goalkeeper Chico Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Breno Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Angico FC's Chico Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Moura in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Percival Montenegro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chico Neto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Samuel Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Breno Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Neto having to interfere. Otávio Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otávio Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Angico FC booed when Caveirão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otávio Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61stth minute of the game Diguinho Carneiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angico FC's Chico Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Otávio Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Caveirão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otávio Mazza couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, Angico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Mazza came free, but Chico Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chico Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Moura in the 65th minute of the match. Otávio Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Chico Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Otávio Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 79 minutes, Lino Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Baptista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 81 minutes, Waldir Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 91 played minutes Angico FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Gaspar. 96 minutes into the match, Angico FC's Waldir Teles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Duarte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caveirão had won after a very even match.
