Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) When Pedrão Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pururuca FC's protests and gave Pedrão Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Caveirão booed when Pururuca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrão Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Caveirão's Frederico Motta tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Otávio Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Arthur da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Duarte having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Otávio Mazza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Donato Souza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 27 played minutes Pururuca FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Custódio. 29 minutes into the match, Otávio Mazza notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Pururuca FC's Donato Souza. Donato Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Arthur da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Duda Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duda Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Duda Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Baiano in the 39th minute of play forced Pururuca FC's goalkeeper Donato Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Souza came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Caveirão's Breno Moura. But to his dismay, Breno Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur da Mata was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Bueno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Duarte having to interfere. Breno Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Souza having to interfere. A collision led to Pururuca FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Machado hit a great ball. Caveirão's Frederico Motta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Donato Souza but with some difficulty. A collision led to Caveirão getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Breno Moura hit a great ball. When Kiko Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Pururuca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kiko Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Pururuca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Moura came free, but Donato Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Válbson Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Pururuca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Válbson Bueno couldn't finish the play. Manoel Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Donato Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Donato Souza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Arthur da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Duarte having to interfere. Donato Souza was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Otávio Mazza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Otávio Mazza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. 79 minutes into the match, Otávio Mazza notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Pururuca FC's Donato Souza. Donato Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Donato Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otávio Mazza in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pururuca FC's zone, Claudinho Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Souza came out of the goal and Claudinho Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Moura in the 89th minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Delfim Prata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pururuca FC and the Caveirão players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Pururuca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Prata to maneuver through the defense. Donato Souza made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Otávio Mazza sent off a good shot on target. Válbson Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Duarte having to interfere. The Pururuca FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caveirão's performance. The match ended with a win for Caveirão.
