Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Válter Batista kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes, Hélder Custódio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andirobal and the Boa Sorte Atlético Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Andirobal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Edu Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee ignored Andirobal's protests and gave Christian de Salles a yellow card for diving instead. Danilo Lago hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Humberto Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edu Ferreira was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 22ndth minute of the game Fábio Rosado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andirobal's Edu Ferreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fábio Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edu Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fábio Rosado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andirobal's Edu Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Salgado in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Válter Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fábio Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fábio Rosado to make the kick off. Boa Sorte Atlético Clube's Humberto Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Humberto Salgado could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Edu Ferreira however easily saved by the left post. Andirobal's Edu Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Andirobal from getting a goal against them. Anselmo Esteves hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Andirobal's zone, Fábio Rosado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edu Ferreira came out of the goal and Fábio Rosado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Boa Sorte Atlético Clube's Walmyr Quadros got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Andirobal getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Davi Vergílio hit a great ball. After 68 minutes of play, Boa Sorte Atlético Clube's Humberto Salgado made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edu Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 71 played minutes Boa Sorte Atlético Clube got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Mesquita. If Válter Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edu Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Rosado in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Anselmo Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edu Ferreira was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Fábio Rosado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fábio Rosado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Boa Sorte Atlético Clube played a much better game than Andirobal and deserved their victory. The Andirobal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
