Fábio Bittencourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Chiquinho Quadros made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Perivaldo Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chiquinho Quadros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fábio Bittencourt in the 27th minute. Aírton Trancoso hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fábio Bittencourt to make the kick off. Chiquinho Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquinho Quadros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fábio Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Wiliam Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match César Braga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chiquinho Quadros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 86 played minutes pivinha fc got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Alcântara. Chiquinho Quadros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fábio Bittencourt's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Marcelo Sergipano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiquinho Quadros was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 95 minutes into the game, Marcelo Sergipano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. pivinha fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Savas EC the free kick. In the 95th match minute, pivinha fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Sergipano to maneuver through the defense.
