Kléber de Salles helped the player get up and apologised. Kléber de Salles hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When João Augusto Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tureckão2000's protests and gave João Augusto Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tureckão2000 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. João Augusto Mendes hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Nildo Alves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 39th minute, Luiz Fabiano Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frederico Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 43 played minutes Tureckão2000 got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Souto. The supporters of Tureckão2000 booed when Libertados 2012 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wesley Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Libertados 2012 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tureckão2000 were winning 0-2.

Luiz Fabiano Oliveira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Frederico Diniz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Oséas Braga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frederico Diniz. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 65th minute, Nildo Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nildo Alves in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diguinho Borges saved Tureckão2000 from getting behind. Kléber de Salles got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kléber de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nildo Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tureckão2000's zone, Nildo Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diguinho Borges came out of the goal and Nildo Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nildo Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diguinho Borges having to interfere. Perivaldo Medeiros took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diguinho Borges. Diguinho Borges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Diguinho Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Perivaldo Medeiros's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. A collision led to Tureckão2000 getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jerônimo Souto hit a great ball. Diguinho Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Tureckão2000's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Medeiros came free, but Diguinho Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Perivaldo Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tureckão2000 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
