Chiquinho Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Vander in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel de Queirós in the 21st minute of play forced Savas EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno de Alcântara having to interfere. Sílvio Luiz Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A long shot from José Carlos Mangueira in the 81st minute of play was well struck, but Chiquinho Quadros made a really good save at the right post. In the 83rd minute, Nhangapi SC's Mazinho Vander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chiquinho Quadros. Chiquinho Quadros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Mazinho Vander was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Chiquinho Quadros made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Cristian Meirelles sent off a good shot on target. Savas EC's Chiquinho Quadros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Savas EC from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, Savas EC's goal looked a bit too open when Mazinho Vander came free, but Chiquinho Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Nhangapi SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Savas EC throughout the match.
