Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dé Bertassi got the match started through his kick off. Renato Camargo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonsinho Rosado in the 7th minute. A collision led to Kapiting getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tadeu Nascimento hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Naldo do Vale shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jailson Santana showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 15th minute of the match, Alexandre Teixeira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Renato Camargo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Afonsinho Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Kapiting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonsinho Rosado couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Renato Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to T. L. G. FL getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Prado hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Ivo Sanches sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and T. L. G. FL's Renato Camargo didn't even have to move. Afonsinho Rosado might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonsinho Rosado ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alexandre Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silvinho Valadares came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the T. L. G. FL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvinho Valadares couldn't finish the play. Renato Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Renato Camargo made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Afonsinho Rosado sent off a good shot on target. When Kapiting's Alexandre Teixeira in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye T. L. G. FL's goalie prevented a goal. After 46 minutes, Luís Eduardo Prado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the T. L. G. FL and the Kapiting players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes T. L. G. FL got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Prado. 47 minutes into the match, T. L. G. FL's goalkeeper Renato Camargo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonsinho Rosado. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinho Mandrak during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Claudinho Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. T. L. G. FL's Naldo do Vale shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jailson Santana but with some difficulty. 58 minutes into the match, Kapiting's goalkeeper Jailson Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvinho Valadares. After 60 minutes of play, T. L. G. FL's Silvinho Valadares made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jailson Santana was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 71 minutes, Eurico Hermes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the T. L. G. FL and the Kapiting players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Teixeira in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renato Camargo saved T. L. G. FL from getting behind. 79 minutes into the match, Silvinho Valadares notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Kapiting's Jailson Santana. Jailson Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Teixeira in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renato Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afonsinho Rosado struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Renato Camargo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kapiting. If Alexandre Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Rosado in the 93rd minute of play forced T. L. G. FL's goalkeeper Renato Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of T. L. G. FL were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Kapiting side.
