After 83 minutes, Ciro Mota mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galo Azul and the T. L. G. FL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, one of Galo Azul:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galo Azul. The referee gave T. L. G. FL a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Naldo do Vale, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Galo Azul's Duarte Lucas. 1-0. Aílton Simão in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Renato Camargo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fernandão Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Camargo having to interfere. After 91 played minutes T. L. G. FL got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Ferraz. Aílton Simão in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Renato Camargo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 95 minutes, Fernandão Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo Azul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandão Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renato Camargo made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Aílton Simão sent off a good shot on target. Despite being the better team, Galo Azul failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
