DRAMA FC's Luís Fábio Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Hoffmann in the 14th minute of play. Luís Fábio Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murillo Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Brusque's goalkeeper Jorginho Branco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean Fernandez. Luís Fábio Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Carlinhos Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jorginho Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Silveira in the 40th minute of play forced DRAMA FC's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorginho Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Macedo in the 42nd minute of play. Carlinhos Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Branco having to interfere. In the 48th minute of the match DRAMA FC got a corner. Brusque's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felippe Pereira ran over to the corner to take the kick. Felippe Pereira made a great header on DRAMA FC's corner, it was just that Brusque's Jorginho Branco managed to reach the ball for a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Gomes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The DRAMA FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when DRAMA FC's Bebeto Macedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abel Gomes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Fábio Tinoco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Brusque's Jorginho Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Fernandez in the 59th minute of play. When Jean Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the DRAMA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Fernandez couldn't finish the play. After having played for 63 minutes, Carlinhos Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DRAMA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlinhos Leal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Brusque getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Murillo Hoffmann hit a great ball. Luizão Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Bebeto Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorginho Branco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th minute of the match Matheus Baiano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorginho Branco skillfully saved the ball. Carlinhos Leal scored 2-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorginho Branco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlinhos Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Macedo scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorginho Branco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorginho Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Monteiro in the 90th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the DRAMA FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
