After 17 played minutes SemLimites FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Renato Paiva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Dracena in the 26th minute of play forced SemLimites FC's goalkeeper Luan Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luan Lima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Alberto Prata went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SemLimites FC's goalkeeper Luan Lima, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SemLimites FC's Christiano Mesquita got a free kick in the 35th minute. Evandro Leão was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Carlos Alberto Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luan Lima read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frédson Dracena to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, SemLimites FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Bastos to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, SemLimites FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Dracena came free, but Luan Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Itaju's Frédson Dracena made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luan Lima was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luan Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frédson Dracena in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Carlos Alberto Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Barbosa in the 81st minute of play. If Carlos Alberto Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frédson Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luan Lima having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luan Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SemLimites FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
